Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Hats that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
